Kate originally joined The Adventure Group in the Spring of 2018 as a job coach with the Prosper Program where she worked with adults aged 18 to 60. She literally got down in the dirt with clients supporting them to make positive changes in their lives all the while working in farmers’ fields. She has recently returned to The Adventure Group after a year of maternity leave and continues to challenge herself as a new mother and as coordinator and facilitator in the Life Management Program.
Her gentle nature, key skills and abilities allow her to relate to the emotions and experiences of others generating positive changes in our clients’ lives.
Her passion for food and laughter helps bring people closer together, strengthening bonds and creating lasting connections between participants in her programs.
